The company held the 2020 annual appraisal meeting for middle-level managers
In order to mobilize enthusiasm and creativity of the company middle managers, the results of middle management work, team spirit, and the activities of the company to attend the annual complete evaluation. Encourage advanced,according to the company management system, head of the middle of 《2020 annual appraisal and excellent managers rate method》 The company held the 2020 annual comprehensive evaluation meeting for middle managers on February 6, 2021. Mainly to examine and review the annual plan completion of department heads, daily work evaluation, employee representative evaluation and participation in various activities advocated by the company.
The meeting was attended by the middle managers and employee representatives. The main agenda of the meeting was:
1. The evaluator shall respectively summarize his/her main work performance, daily work and existing problems in 2020 at the conference.
2. Participants in the evaluation shall score the evaluation objects in an anonymous way.
3. Make centralized statistics on the Evaluation Form and calculate the final score of the evaluation objects;
4. Summarize the total score of all projects.
After evaluation and calculation, Xia Wenying, assistant to the general manager and manager of domestic Marketing Department, got the highest score and won the honorary title of "Excellent Manager of the Company in 2020".
